Refunds

MeanShirt.com works hard to ensure that all our products are made from high-quality materials, shipped on time, and accurately. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchange policy, which applies for a full 30 days after the purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The print quality of the product is poor.
  • The final product is materially different from the image presented on the product page.

Replacement and Exchanges

We typically do not accept refunds due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

However, we still support customers with replacements; you just need to pay the shipping fee and a small handling fee (the handling fee may vary per item type, such as Hoodies, Sweatshirts).

We’re pleased to offer a refund or send you a free replacement if the product size/image differs from what you purchased on the website, or if the size chart on the website is incorrect.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution because your satisfaction is our top priority and guarantee.

Please Note: There may be a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you receive due to lighting during photo shoots or monitor display differences.

Most of the time, we will re-ship the item at our cost if there is any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare. Please don’t worry, as we are here for you at all times.

Cancellations and Modifications

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.

Why? Because we ship once every day, and if your order is already shipped, we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door, in which case you’d send it back, and only then would we be able to process the refund.

Please be advised: Cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing, or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see the Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for more information.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again.
